GUIDE BELOW ON HOW TO SEND IN A PTA MACRO
- Your ETA/PTA Macro (Macro 1) is to be sent after you send your depart shipper macro and at the end of your duty cycle for the day.
- The ETA field will indicate the time that you will be at the delivery for the load that you are currently hauling.
- The PTA will indicate when you have no preplanned loads and will be available for us to schedule your next load.
Example 1
You are planned on the following loads:
You are leaving Tyrone at 0800 with 11 hours to run.
Tyrone to Columbus 295 miles
Columbus to Kenton 59 miles
Kenton to Tyrone 344 miles
After sending your Depart Shipper from Tyrone your (jeff1000) will be completed as follows:

ETA: 03/11/2023 _1430_ when you will be at your in Columbus

BOL / POD REQUIREMENTS
- All paperwork must be returned to the office including the following: Bills of Lading, Timesheet, Fuel Slips, Scale Slips, Maintenance Receipts, etc
- Fuel Slips and Scales are required to have your Driver ID, Initials, and Trip Number
- If you are unsure if you need to provide a particular piece of paperwork – ask!
- All bill of ladings must be signed by an agent of the consignee at delivery
- Without a signed proof of delivery we cannot collect payment for a load and you will not be paid
- You are required to Transflo all Bill of Ladings and Scale Slips daily.
- Your bill of lading must include your initials, driver ID, truck number, trailer number and in/out date and time in the BOL Blocking Example
